Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Supply, Ad Partnership Management will report to the Partner Development Director, Supply and provide ongoing business support across Walmart Connect’s offsite business. This role will drive supply growth, inform partner strategy and prioritization, and ensure strong partner, publisher, and advertiser outcomes. About the team: The Media Partnerships team at Walmart Connect drives growth by establishing strategic advertising partnerships across multiple platforms, including CTV, in-store media, audio, gaming, and programmatic supply. Collaborating with Product, Sales, and external Ad Tech leaders, the team identifies new opportunities and builds strong business cases. Operating at the intersection of business development, product strategy, and emerging technology, the team shapes the future of Walmart Connect by unlocking new demand and capabilities. Lead strategy and partnerships across SSPs and publisher platforms supporting Walmart Connect’s offsite solutions. Own and grow strategic supply partnerships, driving joint business plans focused on scale, quality, performance, and incremental demand. Inform partner prioritization through competitive insights, opportunity sizing, and performance data. Develop joint GTM, co selling, marketing, and enablement initiatives with partners. Translate partner feedback into product and monetization priorities. Partner with Sales to support client activation and track performance through key metrics and QBRs.
What you'll bring...
7+ years of experience in strategic business, partnerships, or related roles managing complex partner relationships and cross-functional initiatives. Strong knowledge of SSPs, publishers, ad exchanges, advertising supply, and programmatic monetization. Proven ability to drive partnerships and measurable business outcomes across Ad Tech, Product, Engineering, and Sales. Strong analytical skills with experience sizing opportunities, solving complex problems, and defining success metrics. Ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
