This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, finance, operations, and transformation, identifying opportunities others may not see and translating them into strategies that drive incremental sales, profit, and operational performance across Consumables.About the team:
The team identifies where the business needs to go next, unlock new sources of growth, and translate strategy into scalable transformation across Consumables.
What you'll do...
• Uncover the opportunity: Use financial, customer, operational, and business insights to identify hidden barriers to growth and develop strategies to unlock incremental sales and profit.
• Scale the Shrink Framework: Lead the continued evolution of the Shrink Framework and help influence adoption of successful solutions across Total Merchandising.
• Transform how we operate: Challenge existing processes and identify new ways of working across stores, merchandising, operations, Asset Protection, Finance, and other cross functional teams.
• Connect the dots: Look beyond the immediate business to recognize patterns, anticipate emerging challenges, and identify where learnings can unlock broader opportunities across Consumables.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
