Position Summary...
Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Media Partnerships' Innovation team and help power the growth of its offsite advertising solutions. Reporting to the Director, Innovation, this Senior Manager will own the evaluation, development, and launch of new strategic advertising and technology partnerships for Walmart Connect. Serving as a trusted advisor to partners and internal stakeholders, the Senior Manager will influence product strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and develop scalable solutions for advertisers. Success requires strong partnership leadership, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to influence across teams and executive leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.About the team: The Media Partnerships team at Walmart Connect drives offsite advertising growth through strategic collaborations with leading advertising technology and media partners. The team develops innovative solutions, unlocks new revenue opportunities, and brings partnership-led products to market that advance retail media. Combining strategic planning, commercialization, and execution, the team works closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership to align partner strategies with business goals, enable seamless integration, and deliver measurable results. This collaborative and outcomes-focused team shapes the future of advertising within Walmart Connect.
What you'll do...
Evaluate and launch new strategic partnerships to accelerate growth of Walmart Connect advertising products.Define longterm vision, commercial frameworks, and strategic goals for new partnerships.
Translate complex product integrations and commercial requirements into partner contracts and agreements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive net-new partner concepts from evaluation to testing to launch.
Pitch partnership strategy and ideas to internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Represent Walmart Connect in executive partner engagements while mentoring associates through expertise and informal leadership.
What you'll bring...
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, pilot new partner initiatives, and build initial partnership frameworks.
Experience translating product requirements and commercial objectives into clear business terms for partnership agreements and contracts.
Comfort collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to understand integration requirements.
Strong track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder projects across internal and external partner teams.
Solid ability to model early-stage commercial terms and analyze pilot performance data.
Strong communication skills to pitch concepts to mid-to-senior stakeholders and guide external partners through early-stage technical and commercial discussions.
Experience mentoring junior associates, sharing expertise, and guiding XFN teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
