AtB3 Consulting Poland, we’re looking forSeniorFullstack Developers to join a product-driven team working on aglobal SaaS platform for the hospitality industry. The solution supportshotel room group bookings as well asphysical meeting rooms and event venues, connecting supply with demand at massive scale.

About the product:

The platform consists of three core products used daily by hoteliers and venues:

• Venue & Sales Management

  Manage content, inventory, pricing, business rules and system integrations in one place.

• Internet Booking Engine

  White-label booking technology that can be embedded into customer websites using a no-code setup or APIs.

• Channel Manager & Global Distribution

  One interface to distribute inventory and control sales across10,000+ connected channels worldwide.

You’ll join a~15-person product team focused on continuously building and evolving new features of the SaaS platform.

 Your role & responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implementnew product features

• Enhance and maintain existing functionalities

• Work on avendor-agnostic integration platform

  (initial focus more onbackend development)

• Buildscalable and reliable services

• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices

• Take part indatabase design and architecture decisions

• Own your work together with the team — from idea to production

• Collaborate closely with other engineers, product owners and stakeholders

There aresmall, autonomous teams, where responsibility and impact are shared.

• Knowledge ofPHP & MySQL (legacy parts, ongoing migration)

• Familiarity withFigma and collaboration with a design team

• Experience withTailwind CSS andStorybook

• Understanding ofonline payments & billing (VCC, payment gateways)

• Experience withAdyen, Elavon or Stripe

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a SeniorFullstack Developer(5+ years) in product or SaaS environments

• Strong knowledge ofTypeScript

• Solid backend experience withNode.js / Nest.js

• Good understanding ofscalable architectures

• Confidence indatabase design

• Fluent English

• Product-oriented mindset and sense of ownership

• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
