Responsibilities:
• Performs operational activities independently in accordance with established procedures, work instructions and operational requirements.• Operates equipment, tools, materials or systems safely and effectively to support operational objectives.• Ensures consistent compliance with quality standards, work instructions and operational procedures.• Monitors operational processes and identifies deviations, issues or inefficiencies requiring attention or corrective action.• Supports achievement of productivity, quality, delivery and operational performance targets within the area of responsibility.• Assists in onboarding, training or supporting less experienced colleagues in the application of established work methods and procedures.• Contributes to continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, safety or workplace organisation.• Maintains compliance with safety requirements, workplace regulations and company standards.• Collaborates with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operational flow and achievement of operational objectives.• Builds operational capability through practical experience, cross-training and continuous learning.Qualifications:
• Operational knowledge typically acquired through practical experience, vocational preparation, on-the-job training or equivalent workplace experience.• Ability to independently perform operational activities in accordance with established procedures, standards and work instructions.• Good understanding of relevant equipment, tools, materials, systems or operational processes within the area of responsibility.• Ability to identify routine operational issues and support resolution through appropriate actions and adherence to procedures.• Ability to maintain quality, productivity and safety standards while managing multiple operational activities.• Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate constructively with colleagues and supervisors.• Ability to support less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and demonstration of established work practices.• Commitment to safety, quality, reliability and continuous improvement within the workplace.‎ ‎
