We are hiring Molding Operator , to support manufacturing and production operations in Columbus, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine production tasks, including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 9000 requirements.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and production specifications are met.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
- Follow written instructions, perform basic mathematical calculations, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Rotate between production tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is strongly preferred.
- Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and follow instructions in English.
- Basic math and documentation skills.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and flexible or extended hours.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
