Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join their collaborative team. This newly created, full-time, in-office position will be based in Langley through mid-March 2027, before transitioning to the company’s new office on River Road in Delta. The successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday, with shifts starting as early as 9:00 a.m. and ending as late as 8:00 p.m., as well as provide on-call coverage on alternating weekends.

About the Role
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate drivers and yard staff, and coordinate route activities to ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, exchanges, and repairs with dispatch; conducting route audits and ensuring vehicle safety checks are completed; hiring, training, and managing employees; addressing performance issues; investigating incidents and implementing preventative measures; maintaining health and safety programs; and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

What You Bring
To qualify for this role, you must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, including direct people management, strong leadership skills, and customer service experience in the transportation, distribution, or courier industry. A valid, clean Class 1 or 3 driver’s licence is required, along with knowledge of fleet operations, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Front-end driving experience is a strong asset.
