Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday, 05:00 - 14:30

What You'll Be Doing

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring operational targets are met and resources are utilised effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and overseeing daily warehouse and Holdbay operations.
• Managing bulk and return deliveries in partnership with Collection & Delivery and LGV teams.
• Supporting bulk collection planning to ensure customers receive a seamless service.
• Maintaining compliance with transport and operational regulations.
• Allocating resources effectively to maximise productivity and performance.
• Monitoring operational KPIs and taking action to drive continuous improvement.
• Coaching and supporting colleagues to achieve their full potential.
• Contributing to a safe, positive and high-performing working environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an organised, proactive leader who can motivate teams and deliver results in a busy operational environment.

You'll bring:

• A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory role, or experience acting in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and resource management.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Good IT literacy and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices.
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and inspire others to perform at their best.
