What You’ll Do:
As ourOperations Superstar, you’ll be the right hand of the executive team and the engine behind our daily success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- ✅Train and mentor team members across all locations to ensure consistency, quality, and excellent service
- 💬Lead customer service excellence—support front-line teams in creating memorable customer experiences
- 📋Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring operational consistency and accountability across all stores
- 📊Monitor and maintain key performance metrics, including production efficiency, turnaround time, quality control, and customer satisfaction
- 🚛Coordinate logistics for pickup/delivery routes, inventory, and equipment across multiple locations
- 🛠️Identify and solve operational issues quickly and effectively, always looking for process improvements
- 🧠Work directly with the leadership team on strategy, growth initiatives, and special projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience inoperations, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses (multi-unit management a strong plus)
- A natural leader with excellentpeople skills and a track record of developing strong teams
- Detail-oriented andmetrics-driven, with a sharp eye for both customer experience and operational efficiency
- Able tothrive in a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using technology and reporting tools to track performance and manage systems
