Operations Specialist | Galaxsys

Description

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our partners’ projects. The role involves managing system configurations, handling partner requests and coordinating project setups and activations. You will work closely with partners and internal Technical and Product teams to ensure accurate configurations, timely project delivery and effective resolution of operational issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and partner support.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of configurations in the company’s Back Office systems
• Communicate directly with partners to handle requests such as currency additions, limit changes and new project setups
• Work closely with Technical and Product teams to ensure seamless integrations and timely delivery of projects
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of partner setups, configurations and activation processes
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes, optimize technology use and implement best practices
• Identify and resolve setup or configuration issues to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain high standards of partner support and escalate critical issues when required
• Manage and follow up on tickets with internal teams to obtain necessary information or technical support

Requirements

• Graduate degree; a technical background is preferable
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strongly developed decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create reports in written form
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work in different fast-paced work environments and quickly respond to changing situations
• Attention to detail and well-developed memory
• High sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
