Responsibilities

• We are seeking a forward-thinking Operations Program Manager (OPM) who combines strong operational leadership with deep technical acumen in Artificial Intelligence and software tool development. In this role, you will not only drive end-to-end manufacturing readiness and ramp execution for cutting-edge programs, but you will also serve as the AI anchor for our OPM organization—identifying workflow pain points, architecting and building bespoke AI/automation tools, and upskilling the broader team to achieve step-function improvements in daily operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on AI & Software tool development and implementation to improve operation efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making across supply chain.
• Excellent communicator, able to present in weekly meeting with large multi-functional team and executives.
• Demonstrated ability to take the driver’s seat in complex, fast-changing environments, solving multi-faceted problems across engineering, procurement, and supplier partners.
• Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel domestically and internationally to supplier and manufacturing sites as required (primarily in Asia).
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or an MBA with an engineering/CS undergraduate background.
• Domain Track Record: Demonstrated experience successfully developing and deploying AI/ML models, automation pipelines, or data tools that improved decision-making, capacity modeling, allocation, or yield tracking in supply chain/manufacturing operations.
• Consumer Electronics Background: Deep understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction), SMT/FATP lines, line qualification, capacity planning, and contract manufacturer (CM) management.
• Manufacturing & Program Management Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, operations program management, supply chain management, or technical project management.
