Operations & Process Manager / Staffing Manager

We are seeking anOperations & Process Manager / Staffing Manager to drive structure, efficiency, and strategic alignment across our staffing and supply operations in the LATAM region. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously refine operational processes within the staffing & supply function, including bench management and resource utilization strategies
• Analyze complex, evolving workflows to identify inefficiencies and architect scalable solutions
• Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure consistency across teams
• Lead cross-functional coordination to guarantee seamless execution of daily operations throughout the LATAM region
• Convert unstructured, ambiguous information into clear, actionable frameworks and strategic plans
• Mentor team members on best practices for process management and operational excellence
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align operational strategy with broader business objectives
• Anticipate potential bottlenecks and proactively implement preventive measures
• Operate autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an IT company, with a track record of managing staffing or operational processes
• Native proficiency in Spanish
• Advanced, fluent proficiency in English for professional and strategic communication
• Expertise in structured, analytical thinking with a strong problem-solving orientation
• Capability to navigate ambiguity and translate complexity into clear, actionable processes
• Background in organizational leadership with meticulous attention to detail
• Qualifications in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
• Familiarity with driving process improvements autonomously and with a strong sense of ownership
