法人のお客様に向けて幅広くご提供している金融商品やサービスを、取引の処理・管理という点から支えているのがオペレーションです。オペレーションでは、付加価値の高い金融商品やサービスを確実に、より効率的に、お客様に提供することをミッションとしており、さらに充実したお客様のサポートのための業務改善や自社のインフラの整備にも積極的に取り組んでいます。
オペレーション部門内でのローテーション・異動も活発に行われています。

Recruiting Division:Operations

Eligible Applicants:
Overseas university students scheduled to graduate between April 2027 and September 2027, as well as domestic university students with experience of exchange programs

Operations Division

The Operations Division supports a wide range of financial products and services provided to corporate clients by ensuring the accurate processing and management of transactions. Its mission is to deliver high-value financial products and services to clients reliably and efficiently. In addition, the division actively works on process improvements to enhance client support, as well as on the development and maintenance of the firm's operational infrastructure. Internal rotations and transfers within the Operations Division are also actively encouraged, providing employees with diverse opportunities for growth and development.
