What You'll Do:

🟣 Provide day-to-day operating oversight of multiple small processing operations within large industrial complexes, managing a team of up to 12 employees
🟣 Supervise and support frontline employees while maintaining strong safety culture and compliance with host-site requirements
🟣 Monitor production, equipment performance, staffing, material movement, and general operating conditions
🟣 Maintain effective working relationships with host-site operations, maintenance, safety, and management personnel
🟣 Identify and implement practical improvements in safety, housekeeping, equipment reliability, and operating efficiency

Must-Have Qualifications:

✅ Previous frontline supervisory or operating leadership experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or material-handling environment strongly preferred
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to recognize basic mechanical, maintenance, and operational problems
✅ Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
✅ Basic computer/administrative skills (email, production reporting, operating records)
✅ High school diploma or equivalent required; willingness to travel between multiple assigned locations
