We’re hiring anOperations Leader (Production Supervisor) to drivesafety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations in Vandergrift, PA. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll lead teams, optimizePLC systems, and implementLean manufacturing strategies that directly impact output and cost performance.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Leaddaily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity KPIs

• Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce downtime and increase throughput

• Supervise and mentor teams, improvingengagement, training, and performance outcomes

• Optimize and troubleshootPLC systems, electrical systems, and production equipment

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensureon-time delivery and operational efficiency

• Implementpreventive maintenance strategies to improve uptime and reduce failures

• Analyze production data to uncovercost-saving and efficiency opportunities

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical field OR4+ years in manufacturing leadership

• Strong experience inindustrial manufacturing environments (steel, metals, chemicals)

• Hands-on expertise withPLC systems, motor controls, and power distribution

• Ability to readmechanical and electrical blueprints

• Proventeam leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency inExcel and production management systems

Preferred:

• Experience inheavy industrial or process manufacturing

• Knowledge ofannealing, pickling, or similar processes

• Familiarity withLean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks

• Exposure toautomation or smart manufacturing systems

Nice-to-Haves

• Certifications inLean Six Sigma or Industrial Engineering

• Experience withdata-driven manufacturing or AI-based optimization tools

• Background in scalinghigh-performance production teams

Compensation & Perks

• $80,000 – $90,000 base salary (DOE)
