Your primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting candidates in completing their profiles to enhance their potential for job matching

• Providing interview coaching and ongoing support for candidates

• Managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders and analyzing large sets of data

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, thrives in a dynamic start-up environment

• A passion for connecting people and creating opportunities

• Professional verbal and written communication skills in German and English

• Can-do mentality and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment

• Understanding of the talent and recruiting market is a plus

• Fluency in German and English is required
