What We Do
SteadyState Work Partners is a human capital consulting firm specializing in human capital risk mitigation.
We work with organizations when a valuable person's Heat-of-the-Moment actions or inaction are creating business consequences—and knowing better hasn't been enough to stop it.
Our proprietary TAU Coreâ„¢ intervention develops theI Caught Myself Reflexâ„¢: the ability to interrupt an automatic reaction before it becomes consequential action or inaction.
The Role
The Operations Coordinator helps make sureTAU Coreâ„¢ is operationally ready and runs as intended.
While the Participant Success Coordinator maintains continuity with the participant, the Operations Coordinator works primarily behind the scenes to coordinate the people, information, schedules, materials, systems, and field requirements necessary for TAU Coreâ„¢ delivery.
You will help make sure the right things are ready, the right people have the information they need at the right time, required operational steps have been completed, and issues are identified before they interfere with delivery.
This is acoordination and execution role.
You are not responsible for facilitating the intervention or making field-safety decisions. You are responsible for helping make sure the operation surrounding the intervention is ready to perform.
Core Responsibilities
TAU Coreâ„¢ Readiness
Coordinate operational preparation for scheduled TAU Coreâ„¢ cohorts.
Maintain cohort schedules, operational go/no-go checklists, and readiness requirements.
Confirm required activities and dependencies are completed before field delivery.
Coordinate information needed by facilitators, Field Operations Safety Leads, Participant Success, and other assigned personnel.
Identify missing information, incomplete requirements, scheduling conflicts, or other operational gaps and follow through until resolved.
Escalate issues that require a decision outside your authority.
Field Delivery Coordination
Support the operational requirements surrounding TAU Coreâ„¢ field sessions.
Confirm assigned personnel, schedules, locations, materials, and other required resources are ready.
Communicate operational changes to the appropriate team members.
Help coordinate schedule or logistical changes when conditions require them.
Maintain clear awareness of what has been completed, what has changed, and what still needs attention.
Support the team without interfering with facilitation or field-safety responsibilities.
Documentation & Operational Control
Maintain accurate operational records for TAU Coreâ„¢ delivery.
Track completion of required operational activities and documentation.
Keep current information organized and available to the people who need it.
Follow established procedures, checklists, and documentation requirements.
Identify inconsistencies or process gaps and bring them forward for resolution.
Support post-delivery administrative closeout for each cohort.
The Operation Should Be Ready Before Anyone Has to Ask
Good operations often happens before anyone notices there could have been a problem.
The TAU Facilitator should not have to wonder whether an operational requirement was completed.
The Field Operations Safety Lead should not have to chase basic assignment information.
Participant Success should not have to reconstruct what happened behind the scenes.
And the participant should not have to experience internal operational complexity.
You help make sure the pieces are where they need to be before they are needed.
What You Will Not Do

Change intervention requirements or delivery standards on your own.
Guess when information or authorization is required.
When something falls outside your responsibility, your job is to recognize it, route it appropriately, and make sure it does not disappear.

The Standard
TAU Coreâ„¢ involves multiple people, requirements, schedules, and moving parts.
Your job is to know what needs to happen, know whether it happened, notice when something has changed, and make sure the right person knows when something requires attention.
When operations are working well, the participant should never have to see how much coordination made that possible.
