Operations Clerk II

Summary:

Location: Harleysville, PA

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve accounts receivable issues and inquiries to completion, focusing on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Create work orders for quoted jobs or installations with multiple processes in SAP of limited complexity but with unique job requirements.
• Collaborate strongly with internal and external customers, prioritizing and meeting their needs and expectations.
• Review, analyze, and cleanse data.
• Action resolution for customer orders when purchase orders are flagged for non-compliance.
• Perform non-routine tasks related to customer issues and resolution.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus minimum 3 years of applicable work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated capability in comparable work.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently research and resolve discrepancies while balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong intra-departmental communication for alignment, information sharing, guidance, and leadership.
• Ability to execute tasks with high levels of autonomy; limited guidance required for complex tasks.
• Collaborative skills with other disciplines.
• Understanding of general business concepts and strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• ERP experience required.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of typical IT business tools; adept at learning new programs quickly.
• Prior experience in a database, Field Service, or a CRM application like MS Field Service or MS CRM is preferred.
