Job Title: Operations Analyst / Information Management Analyst
Location: Pennington, NJ (Preferred) | Chandler, AZ | Jacksonville, FL
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote after training)
Duration: 6–7 Months (Contract)
Pay Rate:
- Pennington, NJ: Pay Rate: $23.44/hr W2
- Chandler, AZ: Pay Rate: $22.11/hr W2
- Jacksonville, FL: Pay Rate: $22.11/hr W2
Target Start Date: ASAP (within 3 weeks of acceptance)
Training: Onsite 5 days a week for the first 6 weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Position Overview
The Operations Analyst will support the Performance Operations organization by assisting with client onboarding across performance platforms, reviewing and validating performance data and returns, and providing operational support to the Brokerage branch office network.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete client onboarding activities for performance platforms.
- Review and validate performance data and returns within performance platforms.
- Support Brokerage Institutional Consultant inquiries.
- Provide operational support to the branch office network across Brokerage.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting an operational function at a financial institution.
- Knowledge of investment products and investment vehicles.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant coursework in finance.
- Previous experience working for a broker-dealer.
- Experience supporting a financial advisory team.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- This position has the potential to convert to a permanent role.
- Candidates' current location and relocation/onsite intent must be included on the resume.
- Pennington, NJ is the preferred location, followed by Chandler, AZ and Jacksonville, FL.
- Candidates must be able to meet the required start date and onsite training schedule.
