About The Client:
Client is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting
Essential Job Functions:
Operational Efficiency & Analysis
- Analyze workflows and performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely updates.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Work closely with development teams to align operational needs with technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and track progress on operational tasks.
- Manage and resolve operational incidents using ServiceNow.
- Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve system and process-related issues.
- Provide production support and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Total Experience: 5–8 Years
- Relevant Experience: 5 Years
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Developer
- Basic knowledge of SQL and template design
Desired Skills:
- Python

- Domain (Industry): Oil & Gas
