TheOperations Analyst supports the company’s operation by systematically fulfilling all orders, entering and maintaining the necessary systems data, and completing the appropriate performance analysis. Partners with vendors and outside production partners as necessary to ensure customer orders are completed and shipped on schedule. Support marketing and sales efforts as needed.

STARTING PAYRATE:$55,000 - $75,000 negotiable based on experience)

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed

What You'll Do:

• Once sales are completed, systematically executes all processes to ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Manages production and order fulfillment through co-manufacturing partner network.
• Manages vendors and orders all necessary materials for production at co-man facilities.
• Tracks inventory of material and finished goods at all locations.
• Coordinates transportation for shipments.
• Supports sales and marketing efforts as necessary.
• Monitors and tracks quality performance of all partners.
• Invoices all customers and generates BOLs.
• Updates budgets and forecasting data in all necessary systems.
• Analyzes performance against budgets and related targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years related experience.
• Strong communicator written and orally.
• Strong leadership skills.
