Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in operational efficiency, risk management, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will drive operational effectiveness, support policy development, strengthen risk and control frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency and contribute to policy development and business process improvements.

• Collaborate with business divisions and cross-functional teams to align activities with organizational goals and business strategy.

• Lead teams in handling complex assignments, establish objectives, and monitor employee performance and development.

• Provide guidance and advice to people leaders on complex operational issues and escalated matters.

• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and strengthen internal controls, governance, policies, and procedures.

• Take ownership of risk management and ensure compliance with established control frameworks.

• Analyze complex data from multiple internal and external sources to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

• Lead cross-functional projects and guide team members in completing assignments and achieving expected outcomes.

• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Influence stakeholders, build strong working relationships, and drive decisions that support business objectives.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement effective operational practices.

Required Qualifications

• More than 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong knowledge of operational efficiency, risk management, and stakeholder management.

• Proven ability to manage complex assignments, influence decision-making, and support policy development.

• Experience in risk mitigation, internal controls, governance, and process improvement.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment and managing sensitive or complex issues.
