We are looking for anOpenText Exstream Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withOpenText Exstream V16 or higher andOpenText Communication Builder, with a strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions and enterprise system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain customer communication templates usingOpenText Exstream V16+.
- Develop communication solutions usingOpenText Communication Builder.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainableCCM solutions.
- Configure and customize templates, documents, and communication workflows based on business requirements.
- Support the integration of OpenText solutions withfront-end applications and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot application, template, and integration-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Follow development standards and ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience withOpenText Exstream V16 or higher.
- Experience withOpenText Communication Builder.
- Experience developingCustomer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.
- Experience integrating OpenText Exstream or CCM platforms with front-end and enterprise systems.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
