OpenText ITSM Deployment Lead
• Solution architect with experience in deployment of ITIL v4 compliant solution on OpenText SMAX platform including Incident, Change, Problem, Release, Knowledge, Asset, Service Request and SLA
• Requirement gathering as per approved process and mapping against the tool capabilities
• Design and plan implementation of integrations with API and other end points.
• Should have experience configuring SLAs
• Should have experience on AWS platform
• Should have knowledge on creation of fields, forms and workflows and business rules

1. Should be able to create new workflows and fields
2. Should be able to work on requirement gathering
3. Should be ITIL V4 compliant and create new forms and fields with Validation
4. Should be capable of creating end points for API for sending data and consumption
