JD: Intern – Psychometric Assessments Operations and Configuration

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Psychometric Assessment Operations and Configurations Team. This role is centered on assessment platform setup and operational support, helping implement assessment solutions created by the design team on the platform. The work includes configuring assessment links, reports, scoring, content uploads, quality checks, and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities:   

• Assessment Platform Setup and Configuration (70%) -Configure assessment links on the platform based on the approved blueprint, competency framework, tools, and skills shared by the client or internal team. Set up report structures, scoring rules, and standard report outputs as required. Upload and configure custom content such as SJTs, Caselets, Inbox exercises, and other assessment components as needed. Copy, edit, and update existing assessments, links, and reports based on approved changes. Review configured assessments and reports carefully to ensure everything is accurate and ready for delivery. Check for errors in links, scoring, report output, and content setup before final release. Make minor updates and incorporate feedback quickly to support faster turnaround and better client experience. Flag issues, gaps, or dependencies early so they can be resolved on time.
• Project Coordination, Documentation, and Process Support (30%) – Support timelines, task tracking, and deliverables across multiple client projects. Gather and organize requirements from assessment design and delivery teams into clear platform tasks. Maintain checklists, process notes, and documentation for repeatable work. Help improve operational efficiency by using simple process improvements and AI-based workflow support where applicable.
