Assistant Manager- Burger King

Job Description:

As an Assistant Manager at Burger King, you will play a vital role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant. You will contribute to creating a positive guest experience, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality service and products.

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of crew members, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
* Ensure excellent customer service by resolving guest complaints, maintaining food quality standards, and promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs to meet budget goals.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Handle cash management, including opening and closing procedures, deposits, and cash register reconciliation.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
* Step in for the Restaurant General Manager when they are absent, ensuring seamless operations.

Job Qualifications:

* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
* Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer service.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Proficiency in basic computer skills.
* ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification is preferred.
