We’re seeking a capable and organisedSupply Chain and Sales Advisor to support our operations and help deliver outstanding customer service, supply chain visibility, and logistical efficiency as we scale.

Position Summary:
As theSupply Chain and Sales Advisor for COREtec, you will be at the heart of our Sydney-based operations. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, oversee order processing, coordinate overseas imports, and support key account operations across Australia and New Zealand. In addition, you will assist with maintaining accurate order, shipment, and inventory records, helping ensure product flow from international suppliers through to final delivery is efficient and well-coordinated. You’ll also play a vital role in managing offline marketing orders and coordinating local events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first line of contact for COREtec customers, providing professional and timely communication via phone and email.
• Process and manage flooring orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proper recordkeeping, while supporting alignment between customer demand and available inventory.
• Coordinate international logistics and imports from global suppliers, including liaison with freight forwarders and customs agents, and assist with tracking inbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain visibility over order status, shipment timelines, and delivery outcomes, proactively identifying and escalating any delays or issues within the supply chain.
• Work closely with operations managers for our key accounts in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring clear communication, alignment on delivery expectations, and proactive issue resolution.
• Assist in reconciling order, delivery, and shipment data to support accurate reporting and improved supply chain decision-making.
• Oversee the distribution of offline marketing materials (e.g., brochures, POS displays, sample packs), ensuring efficient inventory handling and timely fulfilment.
• Plan and coordinate COREtec-branded events such as training sessions, showroom activations, and trade shows—including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
• Support general office administration and maintain smooth daily operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in office administration, logistics coordination, supply chain support, or customer service (preferably in flooring, interiors, or building materials).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail, particularly in managing orders, shipments, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external logistics partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP or CRM systems and basic reporting tools is an advantage.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement in processes.
• Comfortable managing time zones and remote coordination with international suppliers and stakeholders.
