Community Summary
Crystal Falls is a residential community located in Leander, Texas, set among the scenic Texas Hill Country just north of Austin. Spanning approximately 3,000 acres, the community includes more than 3,600 homes across ten neighborhoods. The community is supported by a dedicated HOA management and maintenance team, along with a Lifestyle Coordinator and a calendar of community events that provide opportunities for residents to connect. Residents can enjoy two amenity centers, Quarry Park and The Grotto, featuring swimming pools, playscapes, and picnic areas. Quarry Park offers a junior Olympic swimming pool, childrenās water features, a stocked fishing pond, an 18-hole disc golf course, and a multipurpose soccer field. The Grotto provides a relaxing setting with waterfalls, underwater seating, barbecue grills, a covered pavilion, and a sand volleyball court. Additional recreational opportunities include tennis, miles of walking trails, neighborhood parks, and an 18-hole public golf course with a clubhouse and restaurant.

Role Summary
The Lifestyle Director is responsible for developing, implementing, promoting, and evaluating a comprehensive lifestyle program that enhances resident engagement and fosters a vibrant community culture.

Responsibilities
Community Programming and Resident Engagement
- Develop and execute an annual lifestyle and recreation calendar.
- Plan signature events, educational programs, wellness activities, and social gatherings.
- Monitor resident engagement and participation levels.
Event Planning and Execution
- Coordinate all aspects of community events including planning, logistics, budgeting, vendors, and sponsorships.
- Track attendance, participation, and resident feedback.
- Document and photograph community events.
Community Communications and Marketing
- Manage newsletters, website content, social media, and promotional materials.
- Develop event marketing campaigns and resident communications.
Amenity Center and Facility Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the amenity center and recreational facilities.
- Coordinate facility reservations, rentals, and scheduling.
Clubs, Committees, and Volunteer Programs
- Support resident clubs, committees, and interest groups.
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers.
- Serve as liaison between resident groups and management.
Budget Administration and Reporting
- Develop and administer the annual lifestyle budget.
- Monitor revenues, sponsorship income, and expenditures.
- Prepare reports for management and the Board.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong event planning and project management skills.
- Strong networking and sales skills to effectively secure and maintain sponsorships with local businesses.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.

Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years HOA lifestyle management for a large-scale, Master planned community association.Ā
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in event planning, recreation, hospitality, public relations, or community engagement.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience managing volunteers and community committees.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed.
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 10ā15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings.
- Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
- Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required.
