Responsible for leading the reservation team, and ensure that we comply with Four Seasons standards. Maximize business opportunity through managing room inventories, making decisions on overbooking and upsell.  Manage OTAs relationships.Â

What you will doÂ
Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with the team, co-workers, and all departments.Â
Conduct standards testing including call observation (Internal test call reports for agents who do not be covered by Aspire call)Â
Conduct follow up training sessions and provide timely feedback to the staffÂ
Develop and mentor the reservation staff for future advancement.Â
Work quickly in a high-pressure environment and the ability to handle stress.Â
Excellent communication skills.Â
Great understanding of Self-Esteem and Self-Actualization of Team and ensure proper support and help is provided whenever needed.Â
Have the ability to supervise the day-to-day duties of the reservation team and assist as necessary.Â
Hold monthly department meetings with reservation team to ensure communication and address any issues that are affecting the team.Â
Participate in and develop staff training programs and development plans in order to minimize staff turnover and maintain high morale.  Particular emphasis should be given to those individuals qualifying for future advancement.Â
Supervise, train and motivate department staff to thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities.Â
Meet with Director on a weekly basis to communicate all activities and report of any concerns.Â
Actively network within the community to attract potential candidates for recruitment purposes.Â
Prepare reviews and development plans and take appropriate personnel-related action (i.e. hire, commend, discipline, evaluate, etc.) with reservation team as required.Â
Assist in other areas of the department as needed.Â

 What you bringÂ
 Technical skills – proficient in Word, Excel, PowerpointÂ
Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted sales principlesÂ
Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and excellent Excel and computer skills. Opera, Golden Sales and catering systems knowledge would be ideal and greatly valued.Â
