About the location:

About the role 

The Housekeeperis responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of thehotel rooms and suites. She/he must carry out her/his workin accordance with Four Seasons standards, paying attention to guests' needs and trying to exceed their expectations. 

What you will do 

• Respect the servicesequences for thecompletecleaning of thehotel'srooms and suiteswhilecomplyingwith Four Seasons standards in accordancewith the expectations andpreferences ofourcustomers,whileensuringthat theequipment in theroomsisworkingproperly (lights,heating/airconditioning,householdappliances, etc.) andreportingany anomalies to theHousekeeper. 

• Ensurethatbedlinen andtowels arechanged in theroomsaccording toguestrequests andmaintainsufficient stocks toensurecontinuity of service and management ofdirty and cleanlinen. 

• Keep an up-to-date room report for the day andcheck that it is consistent (guest names, bed changes, departures, etc.). Keeping the Housekeeper informed of all customer complaintsto ensure quality follow-up, and informing theFloorkeeper of any technical problemsencountered in the room so that the necessary repairs can be made.

What we are looking for 

• Valid work permit 

• Languages: Fluent French and English preferred 

• Thoroughness, availability, sense of service and discretion

• 39-hour seasonal contract 

• Salary communicated during interview
