Online Campaign Marketing - Senior Executive

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end online campaigns across EPP and marketplaces, including online mega campaigns and key product launches.
• Manage EPP and marketplaces online store layouts, ensuring campaign visibility, accurate product placement, timely and an organized customer journey.
• Coordinate campaign banners, EDMs, PDP/SKU updates and promotional assets from briefing through deployment.
• Ensure all visuals and banners comply with internal processes, brand guidelines and requirements.
• Apply creative thinking and performance insights to refine banners, campaign messaging and online visibility.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, TikTok content creators and affiliates on campaign collaborations and deliverables.
• Review content creator/affiliate postings to ensure content accuracy, campaign messaging, required call-outs and brand compliance.
• Support TikTok affiliate marketing, including campaign briefing, commission mechanics, agency coordination, performance follow-up and sales contribution.
• Maintain campaign trackers, proactively follow up on deliverables and highlight risks, delays or dependencies ahead of deadlines.
• Coordinate product/sample charge-out, delivery, tracking and returns for marketing activities where required.
• Maintain organized campaign documentation, assets, trackers and shared folders.
• Support new online marketing initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.
• This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, basic digital marketing knowledge, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced online marketing environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or related field.
• Preferably 2 - 4 years’ experience in e-commerce, online marketing, marketplace operations or digital campaign management.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, affiliate marketing and online customer journeys.
• Strong e-commerce commercial knowledge, organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in campaign mechanics, visuals, T&Cs and documentation.
• Good creative sense and visual judgment, with the ability to provide constructive input to improve campaign assets.
• Strong ownership and follow-through, with the ability to independently drive tasks from initiation to closure.
• Proactive communicator with stakeholder and agency coordination skills.
• Fast learner who can adapt quickly to new platforms, processes and changing business priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced online marketing environment with tight campaign timelines.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
• 1 Year renewable contract available.
