The Role: Public Health Nurse 

Entegris Yonezawa Plant is recruiting a Public Health Nurse to promote employee health. 

Details of the responsibilities are listed below. ("What you will do" section) 

What you will do:  

• Plan and conduct periodic health examination 

• 定期健康診断の計画と実施 

• Medical checkup results management 

• 検診結果の管理 

• Follow-up interviews and health consultations with employees who have medical findings 

• 有所見者との面談及び個別指導 

• Provide health consultations and mental health–related support 

• 健康相談、メンタルヘルスに関するサポート 

• Return-to-work support for employees (Including pregnant employees) 

• 復職者・休職者面談、妊産婦等のサポート全般 

• Medical room management (first aid kit, equipment) 

• 医務室の管理（救急箱、備品類） 

• Work closely with the industrial doctor, including coordination tasks 

• 産業医との連携及びパトロール、委員会等の調整 

• Plan and conduct flu shot 

• インフルエンザワクチン接種の計画と実施 

What we seek: 

• Must have a nursing license and a minimum of 7 years of experience 

• 看護師資格を所有していること、7年以上の実務経験を有すること 

Outstanding candidates will have : 

• Ability to communicate with others  

• Ability to use PC for simple data entry
