Senior AI Augmented Full Stack Engineer

As aSenior AI‑Augmented Full‑Stack Engineer, you will work hands‑on on real applications, using AI tools such asClaude Code as a natural extension of your development workflow. From analysis to implementation, refactoring and documentation, AI accelerates every step while you stay fully in charge of architecture, quality, and the decisions that matter.

This role is for developers who are tired of AI being a buzzword and want it to be a real part of how they ship great software. You’ll have the autonomy to use these tools seriously, in a team that actually gets it.

The Job

What you will actually do:

• Build, evolve and own full‑stack applications usingLaravel &Vue.js

• Workdaily with Claude Code and other AI tools to:

  • perform technical and functional analysis

  • generate, refactor and review code

  • improve documentation, consistency and maintainability

• Take full ownership of features end‑to‑end, with a strong focus on quality

• Shape an engineering culture whereAI is part of how code is produced, not an afterthought and help others level up too

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience
  (PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS)

• Experience working inagile environments

• Strong analytical skills, able to bridgebusiness needs and technical solutions

• Solid experience withCI/CD, DevOps and microservices

• A proactive problem‑solver wholoves turning complexity into clarity

• Fluent inFrench or Dutch
