HR Business Partner

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The primary purpose of the job is ensuring that HR related processes are well designed, administered and maintained, coordinating and providing HR services with the required quality. HR Bussiness Partner is responsible for creating efficient and effective HR function that supports the organization in achieving its strategic goals and objectives while ensuring the well-being and development of its employees.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS IN THE POSITION

1.HR processes coordination (Recruitment, Trainings & Development, Employee Lifecycle, Performance Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Administration, Employer Branding and Communication)

2. Work-load distribution within the Team

3. Acting as a Partner for People Managers to execute People Strategy

4. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in delivering HR services according to required quality and local legislation

5. Supporting Senior HR Manager with any operational task and ad hoc projects meeting the expected timeframe

6. Working in close cooperation with European HR

7.Managing employee relations

8. Managing and processing employee data precisely, confidentially and in timely manner

9.Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR systems

10. Resolving employees’ queries and requests

11.HR Controlling

12.Identifying potential process improvements and actively taking part in implementation

13. Taking part in development of HR policies

14. Promoting corporate culture

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• >5 years of experience in HR Department

• Deep understanding of Human Resources

• Personnel administration proficiency

• English allowing business communication

• Ability to understand stakeholders/business partners needs

• Enhancing of cross organization cooperation

• Ability to establish priorities

• Good command of Excel

• Strongly representing company values

• Knowledge of Human Capital Management tools (ADP/Workday)
