Pay Range: $19.08 - $20/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-volume duplicating and document scanning equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Perform scanning, printing, sorting, and mailing tasks with precision.
  • Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies.
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, applying necessary postage.
  • Provide copier maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver completed jobs to designated locations.
  • Uphold safety standards while handling equipment and materials.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Previous experience in copy jobs or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in a mailroom or similar environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
