Pay Range: $16.59 - $18/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
  • Manage high-volume scanners and utilize image handling software.
  • Conduct daily inspections of convenience copiers to ensure proper functioning and quality.
  • Maintain records for management reports and inventory supplies.
  • Distribute office supplies, mail, and fax transmissions to designated locations.
  • Respond to service calls and coordinate customer requests effectively.
  • Perform filing duties, including purging and archiving documents.
  • Ensure the upkeep of copier areas and assist in shipping/receiving materials.
  • Utilize various office equipment including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, and bindery equipment.
  • Deliver completed jobs to customer locations and maintain daily logs.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Some related copy job experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage may be required.
  • Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Technical aptitude with printers, copy, and postage machines.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
