Pay Range: $18 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
  • Operate high volume duplicating and scanning equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain shipping and receiving records, inventory transactions, and delivery documentation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status and logistics inquiries.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, for communication and operational reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Perform duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials, including sorting and distributing mail.
  • Maintain daily meter and service logs, and respond to service calls as required.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with customs documentation and international shipping regulations.
  • Knowledge of shipping software and freight management systems.
  • Warehouse experience is a must.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
