Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Specialist to assist with daily shipping, receiving, freight coordination, and customer service. This position involves processing domestic and international shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting dock operations.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international UPS shipments.

• Prepare shipping labels, customs paperwork, and tracking information.

• Coordinate freight shipments and communicate with carriers.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Assist with dock scheduling and shipping/receiving activities.

• Track deliveries and resolve shipping issues.

• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.

• Use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word for daily tasks.

• Operate printers, copiers, postage machines, and other office equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with UPS shipping, receiving, or logistics.

• Knowledge of freight shipping and carrier coordination.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver's license required (no driving duties).

Preferred: Experience with inventory management, international shipping, customs documentation, or shipping software.
