Pay Rate: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and organized Mailroom Associate to support daily mailroom operations in Middleton, WI. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

• Process outgoing mail and prepare FedEx shipments.

• Track and check in packages to ensure accurate delivery.

• Assist with copying, printing, and other document services as needed.

• Operate printers, copiers, postage machines, and other office equipment.

• Deliver mail and packages throughout the facility.

• Occasionally drive to the post office to pick up mail.

• Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Previous mailroom, shipping, receiving, or copy center experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Ability to operate or learn office equipment, including copiers and postage machines.

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.

• Valid driver's license and required auto insurance coverage.

• Ability to walk frequently throughout the workday while delivering packages.

• Dress Code: Business casual; jeans are permitted. No open-toed shoes or sandals.
