Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst

This position works onsite in Casa Grande, Arizona. Remote work is not available.

Sun Life Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst with advanced Excel skills to analyze revenue cycle performance, build dashboards and scorecards, and provide reports that support operational and financial improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze billing, collections, denials, accounts receivable, and reimbursement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports.
• Use eClinicalWorks reporting tools and advanced Excel to prepare recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and investigate data discrepancies.
• Present findings and recommendations to Revenue Cycle leadership.
• Partner with billing, coding, front office, and clinical teams to improve revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, reporting, and data analysis, required.
• Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, claims, collections, denial management, and payer reimbursement.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• eClinicalWorks and FQHC experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
