The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) 

Fidelity’s full-time, paid, 10-week FIDTERN Program offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team.

The Role 

A finance internship at Fidelity is for candidates interested in analytical and back end of finance.Interns can expect more ofan individual environment doing projects andtasks ontheir own, working in Excel,manipulating data. We are looking for students withmore thanproficiency in Excel – candidates must be comfortable with formulas andpivot tables.Day-to-day work will include updating financial and statistical information, automating processes & reporting, analysis & working with data, understanding how money moves through Fidelity, and financial modeling. This is a back of the office role with no client facing interaction. Finance internships include exposure to teams who provide detailed financial information to the company’s businesses, enabling them to strategically prioritize, and drive business performance!

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
