Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. We currently have1-2 full-time openings available. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and document changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.

Qualifications

• Current Montana LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
