PositionSummary

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providesdirectnursingcaretoresidents,collaborateswiththeinterdisciplinarycareteam,andpromotesthehigheststandardsofqualitycareinaskillednursingenvironment.Theidealcandidateiscompassionate,dependable,andcommittedtoenhancingthelivesofourresidents.

Qualifications

Weareseekingcandidateswho:

• HoldacurrentandactiveCaliforniaLicensedVocationalNurse(LVN)license

• Haveatleast2yearsofLVNexperience,preferablyinaskillednursingorpost-acutecaresetting

• Demonstrateapassionforcaringforseniors

• PossessstrongverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsinEnglish

• Canfollowdirections,implementcareplans,andadapttoongoingtraining

• Exhibitexcellentcriticalthinkingskillsandsoundclinicaljudgment

• Arecompassionate,reliable,andworkwellaspartofateam
