What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintaininfection prevention & control programs
• Conductinfection surveillance, tracking, and reporting
• Ensure compliance withCDC, CDPH, and CMS regulations
• Providestaff education and training on infection control practices
• Performaudits, rounds, and risk assessments
• Leadoutbreak investigations and response efforts
• Partner with nursing leadership to improvequality and safety outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• ActiveCalifornia LVN license (required)
• Experience ininfection prevention, skilled nursing, or post-acute care preferred
• Knowledge ofinfection control standards (CDC, CDPH, CMS)
• Strongorganizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Self-starter with ability towork independently and lead initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Infection Preventionist training or certification (IP, CIC, or willing to obtain)
• Experience inquality improvement or leadership roles
