What You'll Do

• Provide and oversee resident-centered nursing care
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Support and guide nursing staff to ensure quality outcomes
• Advocate for resident comfort, dignity, and well-being

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio RN License
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
• Commitment to quality and teamwork

Hourly Rate: $38-$42
