ASales Strategy and Operationsprofessional in the digital industry plays a pivotal role in aligning sales efforts with overall business objectives, leveraging data and technology, and ensuring the efficiency of sales processes.

The role in the digital industry is multifaceted, involving a combination of strategic planning, data analysis, and operational responsibilities.  

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Turn data into insights by analyzing market trends, performance metrics, and customer behavior.
• Build sales plans and forecasts in alignment with business priorities.
• Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and scale.
• Enable the sales team with training, playbooks, and resources.
• Track and report KPIs through dashboards and performance reviews.
• Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure strategic alignment.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-7 years of business strategy operation experience, experience in business operations such as media platforms or consulting companies is preferred;

2. Possess strong executive ability and solid data ability, be able to systematically sort out and solve problems, and be able to independently output industry analysis reports is preferred;

3. High work initiative, strongly self-driven, and strong ability to resist pressure;

4. Strong cross-team communication skills, quick thinking, ability to get results, and good adaptability are preferred;

5. Technical knowledge to handle big data sets, BI tools and executive reports for sales
6. English: Advanced or fluent (mandatory).
