Représentant des ventes, division animaux de compagnie, nord du Québec

Responsabilités : sur la route (80%) ventes interne / administration (20%)

  • Superviser un territoire de vente Ă©tabli de dĂ©taillants de produits pour animaux dans la province du QuĂ©bec.
  • Effectuer des visites rĂ©gulières, de dĂ©couvertes, ceci afin de maintenir et dĂ©velopper le territoire assignĂ©.
  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les partenaires au sein de l’entreprise et dans l’industrie des animaux de compagnie.
  • Fournir des rapports d’activitĂ©s, des rapports de dĂ©penses et des rapports de visites/appels.
  • Travailler de manière efficace et organisĂ©e, au sein d’une Ă©quipe pour atteindre les objectifs de vente rĂ©gionale.
  • Saisie des commandes et prĂ©parations de devis.
  • Assister et s’occuper des crĂ©dits et retours.
  • DĂ©montrer une grande capacitĂ© d’adaptation.

Exigences:

  • Très axĂ© service client et soucieux du dĂ©tail
  • ExpĂ©rience de vente, interne et externe, de prĂ©fĂ©rence dans l’industrie.
  • Voyagement et nuitĂ©e a l’extĂ©rieur.
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation.
  • Connaissance avancĂ©e de l’informatique et de MS Office.
  • Attitude positive, disciplinĂ©e, motivĂ©e, orientĂ©e vers les rĂ©sultats et ayant un bon esprit d’équipe.
  • Solides compĂ©tences en communication Ă©crite et verbale ainsi qu’une grande capacitĂ© d’écoute est indispensable.
  • Dois maĂ®triser le français et l’anglais (parlĂ©, lu et Ă©crit).
  • ExpĂ©rience en santĂ© animale est un atout.
  • Ce poste offre une rĂ©munĂ©ration compĂ©titive qui comprend un salaire de base, des primes, une assurance collective et une allocation pour vĂ©hicule.

Kane Veterinary Supplies is a Canadian wholesale distributor and manufacturer agent, providing excellence in distribution of the highest quality, cutting edge, value-laden products to the pet retail, veterinary, agricultural, and equine markets across Canada.

Territory Manager, Pet Division, Northern Quebec Region

Responsibilities: 80% field sales – 20% inside sales/administration

  • Oversee an established dealer and pet retail sales territory within the Province of Quebec.
  • Develop and execute a sales coverage plan.
  • Make regular sales calls and cold calls to pet specialty stores in Quebec.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with peers, and business partners within our industry.
  • Maintain timely and accurate records of all activities by providing expense reports and call reports.
  • Work effectively and efficiently within a team environment to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Keep Management informed of industry news and development.
  • Key in orders and prepare quotations.
  • Oversee and take care of customer credits and returns.

Requirements:

  • Highly customer service oriented and focused on detail.
  • Industry related sale experience preferred.
  • Strong and effective communication and planning skills.
  • Travel with overnight stays.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, result oriented and disciplined team player.
  • Animal health experience is an asset.
  • Must be fluent in both French and English (speaking, reading & writing)

This position offers a competitive compensation package which includes a base salary, bonus incentives, group insurance benefits, and a vehicle allowance.  Optional incentives include an RRSP program with company matched contributions (DPSP) and an Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), eligibility requirements apply.

Salary:  Negotiable
