Online Teacher, US Diploma Project Management

You’ll support students in developing practical project management knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality liveUS Diploma Project Management lessons tailored to individual student needs.

• Teach key project management concepts, including project planning, goal setting, scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk management, stakeholder communication and project evaluation.

• Guide students through practical projects, helping them apply project management principles to real-world scenarios.

• Develop students’ skills in teamwork, leadership, communication, decision-making, time management and problem-solving.

• Use a range of teaching strategies and digital tools to create an interactive and supportive online learning environment.

• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adapt teaching approaches to support strong academic outcomes.

• Plan and communicate clear course schedules, including lesson content, project milestones and assessment timelines.

• Set meaningful homework, project-based activities and appropriate assessments.

• Develop high-quality educational materials and contribute to CGA’s learning resources.

• Maintain a professional and well-organized online classroom and learning environment.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of5 years’ teaching experience in a school setting (please note that, while valuable, tutoring experience cannot be counted towards this requirement).

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher inBusiness, Management, Project Management, Education or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, processes and methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents and the CGA team.

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative, technology-enabled education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience teachingProject Management, Business, Management or a related subject at secondary/high school level.

• Experience teaching an international orUS Diploma curriculum.

• Experience delivering project-based learning and supporting students through practical projects.

• Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies and frameworks.

• A recognized teaching qualification, such as a postgraduate certificate in education, teaching degree or teaching license.

• Previous online teaching experience.
