Billing Analyst - Senior

What you’ll do ​

• Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles
• Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete customer setup, contract review, and invoicing.
• Resolve most complex disputes and escalations concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing.
• Promote strong collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Customer Service, Sales and any other departments.
•  Performs other related work as assigned by management.

What experience do you need   

• High school diploma required; a technical degree or a minimum of two years of university coursework in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in an accounting environment.
• 2 to 4 year of excel  or  Google Sheets  experiance.
• Advanced verbal and written English proficiency (B2 or C1 level).
