Senior Business Analyst

We're seeking aSenior Business Analyst to help modernize and standardize the IT and OT landscape at power production sites throughout Greece, with an emphasis on digital transformation and effective stakeholder collaboration. Domestic travel readiness is essential, as this role involves periodic trips within Greece as part of standard duties.

This position requires readiness for business trips across Greece. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel within the country as part of their job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the rollout completion of IT services to production sites
• Performing detailed comparative analysis of current IT and OT applications
• Standardizing the technology stack and solution portfolio
• Identifying and supporting cloud migration opportunities and application modernization
• Delivering on-site end-user training
• Working closely with stakeholders and vendors
• Leading transformation initiatives to boost productivity, strengthen security, and optimize costs in a fast-moving environment
• Traveling throughout Greece to participate in discovery sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Hands-on experience integrating legacy systems
• Solid grasp of cloud-based application migration and modernization principles
• Capability to meet tight deadlines effectively
• Strong client-focused mindset
• Fluency in the Greek language
